Evan Morrison is an Investment Advisor Representative. Raised in Waco, he attended both Saint Paul’s Episcopal Elementary School and Vanguard High School and completed his high school education at Landmark College Preparatory in Prides Crossing, Massachusetts. Upon graduation he attended the University of Arkansas where he studied and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics.
Upon graduation Evan immediately embarked into the mortgage lending profession and quickly landed a position at a large bank in North West Arkansas. Although he was hired for his expertise in mortgage finance, he was quickly promoted into commercial lending and land development. It was in this capacity that Evan was exposed to franchise opportunities. He purchased a national franchise and returned to Waco to open and successfully develop a small business of his own. Eighteen months later, one of the nation’s largest banks in Waco took notice of Evan’s success and courted him back into small business lending at their institution.
It was in this environment where Evan was further exposed to investments and realized that he had a true talent when it came to “coaching his clients”. While at the bank, Evan had the pleasure of being introduced to Chad Castle, owner of Castle Investor Coaching; two months later Evan joined Chad’s team at Castle Investor Coaching.
Evan’s education and success as a small business owner and lender, as well as his extensive knowledge of the residential mortgage industry will benefit his clients as they work through their investment decisions together as a team.
Evan and his wife, Mandy are raising their family in Waco, Texas. They have two children; Eric who is three and 10 month old Meg. Evan and his family are members of the First United Methodist Church of Waco. In addition to being active with the Boy Scouts of America, Evan also contributes his time to the Arthritis Foundation.
